First of all, to wait 3 weeks for a phone that is out of stock and no one can tell you when they will be getting stock on hand? How can you not know when you will receive your stock you ordered? Then when the branch got the phone from another store on Friday the 5th of April 2013 after 3 weeks, the paper work is still not sorted out today after being told it takes up to 24 hours.
This is not service, it is a disgrace. Please do not even respond on this complaint, I am now convinced to make use of other providers.
