Thank you for your speedy reply and the promise of the all important call from Sisa to discuss the problem and the way forward.
One week later and I have had no call from Sisa as promised to discuss the matter, the only thing that has happened is a SMS with a reference no and a message that the matter will be investigated.
I have 3 contracts with Cell C since Feb 2006 and two are shortly up for renewal so I am not a first time customer looking to make trouble,
Now in view of the attitude of Cell C to my problem, should I even bother continuing with your service, should I just cancel all 3 contracts, come on Cell C you advertise that you are the BEST now prove it, I expectU a call from you as promised ASAP.
