Since more than 1 week I have no working DSL line. I called several times the Telkom helpline with no success.
2 days ago a technician called me, and promised me to come yesterday at 9am. I took the day off
because of that. And he wasn't coming at all, not even a phone call.
That's really sad to say, but Telkom service is definitely the worst I ever had.
I'm expecting a feedback and a solution of the problem TODAY.
