I recently migrated my 3G Data contract to a top-up package. I was assured by the consultant that no additional costs would be incurred and that my monthly bill will remain the same. To my surprise and dismay, my latest statement shows a 100% increase in the monthly premium.
When I called the customer call centre I was told that they would "look into it" and will only get back to me later tomorrow due to high call volumes. Nashua mobile obviously does not value their customer relationships. Absolutely terrible service!!!
