Reported fault on 27 April - still no repai

I reported my landline and ADSL are not working on 27 April 2013 - reference 192CTK270413
It is now going into 3 May and I have not had any assistance.
My telephone cable is lying on the ground and I desperately need help. PLEASE I BEG YOU!
