I've been requesting my call divert (call forwarding) service to be reactivated now since the 6th of January, something that is supposed to take only 24 hours. Everyday I call, and everyday I either get cut off, shunted around or promised to be called back and still nothing, . I need to redirect my landline to my virtual office that I am paying R500 a month to answer, shall I invoice telkom for that amount as they are INCOMPETENT and cannot get this simple thing right?
