Still being charged for my BIS

I spoke to Slandile and he confirmed that he has cancelled my recurring BIS and that it will not be charged again. He even took my airtime to re-load my BIS before it expired so i was double charged and did not have a problem as long as my debit order would have been corrected but to my surprise it has not been. I need my BIS funds taken at the end of this month refunded and would like my BIS doube charge refunded in airtime as a gesture of goodwill...
