Double charge not being refunded

SAA charged us twice for the same service early in November. We have been trying unsuccessfully since middle November to get the double charged amount refunded. The amount is R2204. Despite several communications with them, both telephonic and by email, and many promises that they will refund the amount owing, after more than four months, we have still not had the matter resolved.
