Expierd contract still being billed after 6 mnths

So my contract expired in Oct 2012. I have been billed every month after that, I was paid out an amount 2 months ago promising that everything was no resolved.

Latest debit order went off again. I am busy making some calculations so that I can move all of my account somewhere else. I am obviously not an important customer.
