Trouble Ticket 1, 743, 060
So after my initial complaint, I got a number of calls from a number of Cell C representatives. None of them could tell me what is actually going on and was told that I would be gotten back to. After that day, another two weeks, and no feedback. Miraculously, our internet at home was like lightening from the day after I was initially contacted - anytime of day. Then at the end of last week, it died again. Dead. Years of support as a customer and your are treated like vermin. Very sad.
