UNISA and CellC offer a reduced internet package for students. I ordered online five days ago. CellC have responded twice telling me what procedures to follow. I told them that I did all that and they said that they were waiting for UNISA to confirm payment. I told them that the website says that the order is being processed. Now, good luck finding anyone you can contact to find out what is happening. The length of time this is taking is ridiculous, and I need the package NOW to submit assignments!
