I was part of the Virgin Active team for many years. I left SA in Dec 2011 and therefore terminated my Vitality and Virgin Active acc. Vitialy however only sent the notification through to Virgin in Feb 2012.
Nonetheless, I returned to SA over the weekend, and wanted to join this branch again. Because there was R112 due on my account (no fault of mine), Christo insunuated that I would run if he were to record my international contact details. I noted that I still live abroad... I expressed my dissatisfaction to his comment, to which he refused to aplologise. How can a customer facing person representing Virgin Active accuse their customers outright of wanting to flee. Very offended! That is absolutely disgusting. Chriso should not be in Sales or a customer facing role. I was ready to sign up; I told him that he should be more considerate to customers and that I felt like walking. He still refused to apologise for his comment and further accused me of being difficult RE the R112 (no fault of mine). I stood up and walked out. He closed his screen and did nothing to stop me. Initially he said he would write off the R112, but after his bad attitude he said he won't do it anymore. Poo
