Absolutely Shocking

Shocking, I, Joshua, came to the menyln branch of Virgin Active as a visitor with my girl friend who is a member at the branch, me thinking about joining to train with my girl friend, I'm currently training at Planet Fitness and I didnt mind the extra R400 odd I would have to pay for a member ship at Virgin Active, only to find out that when I got there i had to pay nearly R300 for a member ship i had at waterglen over three years ago which i closed. Now they bring up debt from years ago, I never even knew I had, no one contacted me, They had three ways of contacting me (email, phone, sms) to do it and I heard nothing from them. Now they wont let me in because of this "debt", i have to pay this amount, before i could even think of appling i must pay, they guy behind the desk couldnt give me answers .i am stunned to say the least, shocked that they customer service is so bad. Its a bloodly cheak to do as such, i am furious, not what i expected from them.
