Hope this message finds you well, im sending you this messages regarding Carlont Gym, in 2008 i went to calrton gym to open a membership account as they were running a special for a membership for R100, i paid them R50.00 and had to finish it off to activate the membership. I never went off to the gym to finsih it off and i told the consultant that was assisting me over the phone, he mentione that the account was not active as i didnt have a membership number as yet and its fine if i want to cancell i can and i wont be billid and they mentioned that i can go claim my R50.00 i said its ok i dont need it.
within 6 month Visagie foure attorneys from pretoria contact my work place regarding payment, i mentioned that i dont have the membership or any of their papers to state that i have an active account with them. they mentioned that calton gym hnded me over to them and they will put a judgement against my name and i wont be able to open any accounts. An amount was taken from my salary every month for something i didnt even use. i stopped paying them as i felt i was treated unfairly, i cant get a house now as they have put a judgenebt against me.
