Planet Fitness gave false billing information (like most of the other 900 complaints on their page) to my wife. They overcharged her R500. When her bank retrieved the money, PF blocked her card. Does this company have any ethics? Sure as doesnt look like it from the list of complaints. Of course the manager Dylan was too busy to talk to my wife. If this isnt resolved quickly I will be taking this to Carte Blanche and the newspapers and I will open a case at Norwood SAPS where I work. I will also be opening a Facebook page advising people to stay away from these.
