Eing told that the class is full the whole time

I've had enough of going to kickboxing classes to be told that its full they can only take a certain number of people and yet they only offer two classes per evening and we are paying full amount on monthly basis. I cannot always rush to the gym to be told the same stories each time then they must do bookings or come up with another plan. And the pathetic staff will just tell you there's nothing they can do its rule. They should have told us about the freakin rules when we signed the contract, we at and still have to beg for service??? PATHETIC...
