Acc closed by still debting my acc

I closed my acc with you guys last year and to my surprise you decide to debt my acc this month now I have to pay FNB accidental Fee charges cause I didn't have money in my acc. I discontinued my acc for the same reason. You get on increase prices and not notify your clients. I'm a vitality member with discovery & according to you promotions with discovery my amount was suppose to decrease if I visited the gym 40 days a year... Can you refund my money & pay accidental fees please.
