They had their campaigns where their agents were visiting corporate entties to sign people up and because i enjoy my workouts i joined as i wasnt going to any gym at that time. A year went by and i was faithfully paying but had never even seen the inside of this gym, i dont even know what it looks like simply beacuse i never had the time to go. I called them to cancel the contract and they told me to send an email which i did, then i stopped the payment at the bank. i was paying for services that i wasnt getting nor using which made sense for me to cancel. after 6 months without pitching they should have found out what was happening but no, as long as they get money that's all they care about. I am now being contacted by Phakamani debt collectors for R2500 which i supposedly owe them and now i'm being threatened of being blacklisted. Both can go fly a kite, i wont be paying that R2500 and the regulatory bodies will be hearing about this.
