I called to cancel my contract last year, the lady from the call centre confirmed the account is closed, then the Wonderpark branch manager called me and said he is going to freeze my account meaning no money will be deducted from my account, and if the period lapses then they will cancel my contract untill I go to the gym by calling them to unfreeze my membership, I don't understand how if I haven't been to the gym past months why is my money deducted without me giving them permission to do so after -5 months I cancelled the contract, it's really unprofessional what they're doing.
