On Sunday the 10th of March I walked into your club to replace my damaged card. Although Louisa was running the reception area alone, the level of professionalism she displayed was simply impeccable. She constantly had to help other members gain entry whilst attending to my problem, and all this time she kept me in the loop as to what she was doing. I just wanted to bring to your attention what a gem the company possesses in that lady. Dishing out great customer service comes naturally to her!
