It's almost a year that I've been a member of Virgin Active SA at Boulders in Midrand. I've always had a good mutual respect with all the instructors until on the 27 February 2013. I was in a spinning class and the instructor that day was Analenna Eliot Masilo.
In the middle on the session I and other people we decided to leave the spinning class and I went for a Treadmill, which for some odd reason he became furious with me alone but I couldn't understand his anger toward me because I was not the only one that left in the middle of his training session. He came to me as I was in a treadmill and told me that I was disrespecting him and that I was rude for leaving his class. He went on to tell me that I'm not bigger that Virgin Active because my monthly payment is not enough to pay his salary. I left violated and disrespected because I know that I have a choice of movement in the gym, meaning I can attend any class or use any equipment if and when I see fit for me. I felt that Analenna Eliot Masilo's approach to me was very unprofessional and that he has a very bad attitude. The manager didn't do anything about my complain or his attitude towards me.
