I was robbed and my wallet. It contained my Virgin Active gym card. Yesterday around 6pm, 22/08/2013, i went to the gym and expected the usual drama about long queues etc. to get a new card. However i was pleasantly surprised at the lady at the reception of the gym who showed genuine compassion about my incident and said Virgin Active did not charge clients for gym cards.
Its great that a big company shows compassion for human beings rather than charging them a card replacement fee when it is not our fault.
