I bought a 3 year family membership and paid upfront in full. Yet my wife's access card keeps getting deleted off their database and her disc won't allow access. Every time Bradley or his staff promise to sort it out and get back to us, but never do. We are entering the 3rd month of complaining already. Please fix the alleged systems issues and revert. The contract is supposed to allow us reasonable access to the club as per our membership, so I think this is a breach of our contract on PF side. Lets please sort this out nicely, but my patience is running out.
