Good day,
I recently joined Planet Fitness Rosebank. The understanding with the consultant was that as soon as Craighall re-opened after their revamp then my membership will move to that club, thus I wanted a local membership.
He informed me that I will have national access (excl. Platinum) until Craighall re-open.
I paid the activation fee and gave the activation no. to Tumi. Everything worked fine but 2 weeks ago Wanderers suddenly refused me entry. My spouse has exactly the same arrangement/contract and there is no problem with his access.
Have e-mailed, have asked about 3 people at Wanderers to assist. The customer service from your Wanderers staff is pathetic to say the least.
I want access to the club as per the agreement I signed.
The staff makes me feel like a criminal every time I explain the situation and they refuse to help me.
And by the way, your website promises a gym bag if you join via Discovery, guess what, nobody gave/offered me a bag!! I should have known then that this place does not care.
I want this sorted out immediately, I am tired of your breach of contract.
