I already sent all documentation to Saya Recoveries to solve the problem. My life was in danger because a member of Planet Fitness harassed me and threatened to harm, hurt or kill me. I sent all those proof to Saya recoveries. I cancelled my membership because Planet Fitness ignored my complaint. NOW I want to tak e Saya Recoveries to court for defamation of my name and my character as well as harassing me. They have no permission to contact me or to send me sms'es. They defame my financial name and upset me every week at work. They are cowards. No we have to go to court.
