PILLAR TO POST: TAG NOT RECORDING GYM VISITS

I regret the day i joined planet fitness. And i was also warned about them, but i went an join anyway because they are nearby to my work place, even thoug there is a reliable gym next to my home. I joined them November 2012, as a vitality member from Discovery. Still today they are unable to send my points for attendance to Discovery. For the past two month when i call they are investigating. I even called Discovery to follow that up, when Discovey Vitality they are told that i do not have a tag. But i have one. Even joined they Group personal training. When i go personally to the gym i am told the IT system is not functioning properly, it even report my weekly visit wrong. If they are not saying they sent my query to the head office, they are ither saying they have called their IT people to fix that. But for two month that is worse. But Yesterday it was worse they taging system was not working at all, did not have to use it at all. How then do they send daily visits to Vitality. Worse they can not even give me a Reference No, to ensure that i am able to follow the progress of my complaint. There is not systems in place to insure customer satisfaction at all.
