Refusal to refund incorrect billing

Two debit orders went through two of my bank accounts in February, one on 01/02/13 on my FNB account for R 539.00 and another one for R 312.50 on my Standard Bank account on 04/02/13. I called the call center and was told that the money will be refunded before the of week 15/02/13. To date nothing has happened. I called the call center again on 21/02/03 and was told all the consultants I talked to are not available and they cannot do anything about it is as they do not have a record of them noting my refund. This is of course rediculous.

I have been out of pocket for a while to the value of more than R 500 and need assistce in getting this company to pay back money they deducted from my account illegally.
