Weight shortage, poor quality equipment

I reached my wits end last Thurs, 14th February 2013, at about 6.45am. I was in a hurry to finish my workout, but alas, it took me all together around 10 minutes extra to LOOK FOR BARBELLS at the weight training section. There are just NOT ENOUGH. I have been requesting more weights for around 2 years now. Do you want me to start a fund to buy new barbells for the gym? As for the old equipment: it is old, but surely some can be replaced? I know of members who have joined other gyms (not Virgin) due to the poor quality of some, eg. Smith machine. As for the more elderly members - this gym has a more senior membership - why can they not introduce a "PENSION / SENIOR payment" option. I also know of a few senior members who had to give up their membership due to the high monthly rate for a pensioner. What happened to the partnership between Virgin and Discovery Health then?
