I have been having a problem at virgin active lenasia for 6 months now. Have reported a number of issues which fall on deaf ears. Last week I called the call centre and reported a smith machine that is beyond repair. Nobody from the head office has contacted me since. Today when I went to the gym the machine was almost ceased after another 'repair'. It is obvious from this behaviour that the manager is getting budget saving incentives and this issue will not be resolved like most of the others that I have complained about.
