Too many out of order items, turnaround time

Religiously I receive my little emails reminding me of an increase in membership fees.. But it seems I'm paying more for less and less. As it stands the Bluff Virgin active has 4 male showers that either don't work or don't have doors - and this has been for weeks. The prehistoric Mytracker machine does not work. There is one harness, and two small benches. Urinals are not working.

All these issues have been bought to management's attention and still has not been resolved. What am I paying for? Excuses?

Harnesses and small benches are not expensive and are vital items - and I have witnessed and also nearly been a part of an argument for the use of the single harness and a small bench. The one harness is so old that I am afraid of using it because it looks as though it might break. But a " you" attitude and sad excuse culture is what we have to deal with.

This attitude is so deep instilled that in the middle of a hot February summer morning you have to ask for the air conditioning to be switched on, because the receptionist is feeling cold, while the sweat is soaking all the club members upstairs...

I hope these annoying issues are resolved swiftly.
