I hate Zone Fitness Gym. i joined the gym last year November. Everything was going according to plan until i decided to change my banking details due to my new employment. My details were not captured on their system by one of their consultant. When i ask about abnormal debit orders that are going through my account during the month, i never get the straight answer and my query was never attended to accordingly. Now they going into my account as they please and messing up my account. When i enquire about the funds that are being debited from my personal account and i was told that they do not refund the charges of which i understand. All debit orders went through successfully, no indication of reversal on their side but i'm held liable for their mistake... They stopped deducting my account and i don't know who gave out the instruction to stop debiting my account. I was told today that they going to debit my account twice due to outstanding balance. Now i'm suffering from their mistake. I am really disappointed for the service they provided to me.
