Debit order on Cancelled contract

I cancelled my contract on 09 July 2013, reference #22797.
I was told that the last debit order would be the one that was taken at the end of July.
Now, at the end of August they took another debit order.
Tried to phone Wanderers, the phone just rings. Phoned the whole day
Tried to phone manager cell number, goes to voicemail immediately.
Got hold of headoffice, was told the lady was not in yet and that she would phone me at 09:00.
No phone call came. Tried to phone at 12:00, the phones were 'congested' conveniently until 13:00.
At 13:00 I was transferred to the required department 5 times, each time the line would ring and then cut out.
So now as there is no client service being provided I am forced to move to a public forum.
Please can this be resolved. I want to know why there is still a debit order and I want to know when I will get my money back that you.
Planet Fitness is horrible and should lose all their business. They have no interest in client service and are clearly in their dealings.
