My woes began 3 days ago when I was refused entry at the Wanaderers Planet Fitness. I was denied access a queried the issue as I am a paid up member with a national membership. The consultant said she would contact the relevant parties and resolve the issue.
2 Days ago, same issue - this time at Rosebank Planet Fitness. Same thing, lady offered to sort it out with the relevant parties. Today I have spent most of the day holding (Approx 20 minutes per call) to try and resolve the issue. Still nothing, and I am tired of holding.
As soon as I can get out of my contract, I am moving to Virgin Active. How difficult is it to rectify this, or to just let me know what is going on???
