20min limit on machine

I don't know for how long have I been a member of your gym. Currently my contract runs from month to month. For the first time in al these years I was very disgusted with one of your employee attitude. Usually I train for 60min on a treadmill for all these years at the gym.? on the machine is standing 20min limit. For a novice... what does 20min limit means? I've been practising consumer rights as a profession in my duty as educator for 20years and 20min is a very vast description for what the gym actually really is saying. Is it for the machine or is it mend for the person using the machine. When my 20min was finished I asked for atleast a 2min cooldown and my machine was stopped. I'm very upset and never in al my years at the gym has this happened. If you specify what the 20min limit really mean I would think you have a case. Nowheer is there evidence that spells out exactly what it means. With attitudes like that from employees I don't think I wanna be a member of your gym. Cancelling my contract with you aswell as my daughters contract that I open just 2days ago which I ha ve to pay for will be much better and rather join another gym. What is the use of me paying mahala money.
