I am in utter shock by the total lack of people skills, service, helpful attitude and customer service that is being portrayed by the ladies working at CNA.
I went into CNA yesterday to develop a photo. Firstly, there is nobody ever on the floor offering assistance. If ever you need assistance, you have to search the store for someone, There is never a manager in sight. Secondly, I waited in a queue, which took nearly 20min. There were only 2 woman working the tills, and they were so slow. They looked miserable, hardly greeted the customers and just had no friendly nature. The teller who 'helped' me, mumbled, kept rubbing her eyes and yawning in my face. I paid for my ONE photo and was told that I needed to wait aside until it was developed. I waited almost 20min, I had to ask how much longer, only to be told that the machine had no photo paper, which nobody seemed to want to refill. Some1 eventually did, and I waited another 30 min for them to do so. This went on for an hour, to the point where I physically had to go up to the machine to tell them which photo was mine. It printed and I was shoved my photo in a CNA magazine with a unfriendly "here" - No apology for the hour wait!!
