I just want to air my views as to how unhappy and disappointed i am with the Virgin active bluff, i had gotten my husband a subscribsion at the the bluff since i am with vitality he has been on there since 2012, when he subscribed am certain he was to get a bag and complimentary / welcome gift, but he received nothing, he so wanted the Virgin active bag so he could use it for gym. He has asked the branch on numerous occasions for a bag and they always sed the were out ot stock, then he was once told that only when he gets people to become members he will get a bag and he had 3 people become members at the gym andc stil he got nothing, the reason and writing this is because just today a collegue of mine came in with the bag and when asked how she got the bag she told me the gym gave it to her when she became a member, make me wonder do they choose who they give stuff to or maybe its a gender thing, i can tell you i am very upset i have actually cancelled his member ship with the gym this month. YOu guys have no consent for your clients.
