I cancelled my contract in 2009 i havent heard from planet fitness since then. Then on the 20 November 2013 they debited my account with R250 and again on the 25 November 2013 with another R250 i called in and they requested proof of cancellation i stated that its 4 yeasrs later i do not have a copy of that i then asked can she not see that i have requested to cancel this contract she then stated that it was only cancelled in April this year (this is appauling) this needs to be sorted out immediatly as
1. i cancelled this contract in 2009
2. i was never informed that they will debit this month and certainly did not give permission for this debit order
3. its 4 years later since teh last debit was put through my account.
