I adore my gym sessions at the VA Lorraine branch, and to be honest, most of the staff are at most helpful and on the ball.
However, I have to comment on the lack of cohesion of classes and willingness to help from the floor staff I (and a bunch of other members) experienced tonight.
Firstly, please synchronise the web and on-site notice boards as some of us may make use of the online service, and plan to attend the classes as indicated.
Tonight, after warming up for a bums & tums class, about 10 members lingered in the studio until I had to haul an unprepared instructor in (I'd have to give credit for the bloke for that though). When asking for assistance, one of the staff members replied "I donno, maybe those guys can help you. I'm not teaching today". Surely if you're wearing a VA name badge, whether you're a personal trainer, a runner, swim instructor, babysitter etc. you represent the VA team? How about, "Sorry about that, let me see if I can get someone to assist you".
Come on guys, I know you're trying, but service is starting to lag again.
