I spoke to mandy regarding my double debit for the previous month that I didnt pay as well as the next month. Why are you still debiting my account right after I told mandy that I will pay double? Is the problem with the accounts department or was the message not relayed?

I will cancel my subscription if this happens again

For the last time, THERE IS NO MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT. STOP DEBITING, YOU ARE INCURRING COSTS ON MY ACCOUNT FOR UNPAID MAGTAPES.
