Paying for two accounts when I have one

I received a garnishee at work and to my surprise it is from a company that I had already made arrangements with and they are debiting my account every month. When I phoned to query about this they said that I have two accounts with them. I told them that is impossible I know I only have one account and pleaded them to double check. I phoned almost every day and it was impossible to get the supervisor Mandy. When I did manage to get her she would say they are still investing. Unfortunately time passed and a garnishee went through and again money was debited on my account as per our arrangement. Its been almost two months and I still don't have a response no one bothers to phone me back yet they have my details again this month the garnishee will go through. I understand mistakes happen but I would appreciate if they would face up and tell me they made a mistake and they are sorry. Then we will find a way forward. I don't think people should be treated like this, we are talking about money here.
