What i call service with a smile

I just want to thank Tracy Rajnarain (Technical manager) for the excellent service that she has provided me.
Tracy solved my problem out the same day that I have contacted her.
Tracy went out of her way to help me and did follow ups and courtesy calls to ensure everything is solved

I really hope this compliment goes far up, she really is an asset to ADT and there should be more people like Tracy to place a smile on people's faces
