Can you please explain to why when I made payments in December does it show now that I owe the gym Money and what makes matters worse is that I asked and paid for a transfer to Planet Fitness Parklands in July and nothing has happened since then im still a member of your Branch in Claremont I was told they I had to pay the outstanding balance which I wasn't made aware of okay I paid it STILL my transfer didn't go through it's a new year now for the whole year you guys have been failing me and you still expect me to pay you MORE MONEY im sorry but you guys are out of you mind please correct YOUR mistakes you made on my account because this is not looking good on my paid history!
