I am a very unhappy member of Planet Fitness!!! in the month of Feb i paid R150 and filled in all those forms for a transfer to Planet fitness in Parklands from then until now my details hasn't gone through everyday when i go to gym i get told by the front desk staff that i'm not allowed on that site which causes me to explain the problem i have they were very helpful with me and put a request through in order for Claremont to fix this but nothing has happen on my account yet its been 8 months now! so last night i went to gym in Parklands only for them to tell me that i'm in arrears! that's when i got really off because i pay my account and they have my bank details of cause Parkland couldn't help me because they could view my details next thing they call Claremont and was told my account is getting handed over! i demand someone call me and explain to me what the is happening! Because this will look bad on my Credit History.
