While the new year start and people get ready for gym, Sports and fitness club didn't plan ahead during the festive season to accommodate their members returning to gym in January. On Monday the 13th of January I had to skip a spinning class due to a broken bicycle left in the class without maintenance. I consulted the maintenance people and some guy was prepared to help but there were to tools. The manager had left with the keys for the store room and the tool box. There are 4 more broken bicycles, due to lack of proper management they are still in the class and they are not serviced regularly. They don't even even have the out of order sign. Since I started gym last year, 2 showers have been closed with the red tape, They are not functional and nothing is being done, causing a pile up for the ladies after class. In December the ladies rooms looked like trash. No temp cleaner was hired to tidy up the room. A male person would clean the ladies room all the time which shows no respect at all for women. I phoned, asked for the manager but he is never on duty, he comes in the morning and leaves 5 minutes after. I left several massages but he didn't return my calls.
