Morning,
I took my wife out for our anniversary on friday 25th January, we went to Back of the moon to enquire about the activity for the night. My wife went to the ladies rest rooms towards the left passing Back of the Moon, to her surprise put her phone down where she cleansed her hands, when she looked back its gone. The cleaner, was the only one in the ladies at the time. I was standing outside, the ladies rest rooms waiting for her. I got worried, because she took like 20minutes. I called and no answer, before she came out yet it was ringing. When my wife came out told me what happened, i told her i called she didnt hear the phone rang, and i never heard whilst standing outside the ladies. We asked to go to management or for footage of ladies utulizing the rest room, we were not assisted at all. The supervisor of the cleaners, send us from pillar to post for video footages. The cleaner that was on duty was to work from 19:00 to 20:00, all of a sudden on of the cleaners said, she could'nt find her. Its strange, cause the cleaner never even concluded her work session after my wife's phone. I'm a member of Gold Reef City, and this in return i got. No help was given.
