I have a gym contract with Sports and Fitness center in Alberton, i signed a 2 year contract at R299/pm yet its been over a year that none of their cardio equipment ever gets serviced or fixed, out of 7 treadmills - 4 dont work out of like 9 bicycles - their are 5 that are non functional/ operational missing pedals, broken screens adjustments dont work etc etc, the list goes on the gym is sooo over full that they cannot accommodate for everyone at peak hour and with cardio equipment not working that "passage way" becomes crowded and people are starting to fight with one another over the working machines, i dont understand why i have to pay sooooo much money yet none of the equipment is functional! and R299/pm is a lot of money! im so fed up with rocking up at gym fighting for parking! fighting for a working machine! they dont even put up "out of order signs" anymore - so you climb on the one bicycle then scoot over to the next, then the next and the next... its absolute rubbish! in over a year that ive been gyming there i think they serviced the machines once! even after that not all were functional! they need to jack up! or lower their gym fees! because they not living up to STD
