I booked for a class and specifically asked the person on the line if the class was on and was told it is. When I got to the gym, I was already in the class only to find out that the instructor for the Zumba class will not be attending. I asked the staff at the desk why I was not contacted as to the cancellation of the class and their answer to me was that they weren't aware either that the Zumba class was cancelled. The manager could not explain to me why the members that booked were not contacted and when I asked her what was the point of the booking list she just gave me a blank stare. This is not the first time this happens with the very same class being cancelled and one not receiving any notification. The service and communication is poor at this branch of Zone Fitness.
