BAD BAD service!

I lost my membership card, this is the second time I have received bad service. I don't see the point why I should pay R65.00 for a new access card, I pay them so much every month!! they can find me on their system with my I'd nr!! so they refused to let me in!! bad service. I'm considering to close my membership, I don't need ot deserve this kind of treatment from them.a few months ago when I had a query at the accounts department, the lady had so much attitude with me.no thanks! I will warn my family and friends about the bad service, I don't think VA is client friendly and they think we owe them, I owe them nothing! so don't see why I must be treated like this, and I refuse to pay for a new access card.u already take so much from me every month! And your client service is terrible @VA menlyn, ur accounts department also know nothing about client service! I have had it with VA! Bad taste, and I'll spread the news.
