Debit orders

I cancelled two memberships in May 2013. But since then my account has been debited on a random basis. The last time was in the beginning of November 2013. I contacted the club administrator at the roodepoort branch and he promised to look into the matter. Since then i've mailed him 3 times wit no response. I'd like this matter to be sorted out asap and i also want to be refunded this week.
