I was in the branch here in Hennops yesterday the 9th jan my partner is not able to gym with me anymore they told me I can't bring a family member with me I need a black tag. I get here fill out everything then get told they need my banking details y do they need it if I'm paying cash every month for the tag, I'm not giving my details as I've had problems with them taking more cash out account etc.
